Who can attend

The official notes limit attendance to people with an address in Japan, including companions. If you are visiting Japan as a tourist, you cannot apply. If you live in Japan, including on a residence card, you can.
How to attend (if you live in Japan)
- Install the Jump NAVI app and register (free). Everyone of elementary school age or older needs an electronic admission ticket in the app. Applications are made from the app's Jump Festa 2027 page.
- Apply for an admission ticket. One application covers up to five people, including the applicant, and you apply separately for each day. You register your personal details, including a face photo, when you apply. Companions with their own Jump NAVI account register first and give the applicant their member number. Children of junior high school age or younger without a smartphone can join as companions; anyone of high school age or older without a smartphone cannot attend. One preschool child per guardian aged 18 or over can enter without a ticket.
- If you win, apply for the extras. Super Stage seats, entry to the official shop and the Genga World special exhibit need separate tickets, drawn in an advance lottery open only to admission ticket winners (up to two Super Stage programs per day).
- Check your entry time. Entry is in two waves, 9:00–9:30 or 10:30–11:00, assigned by lottery; some content is not available to the second wave. Your time and gate appear in the app on December 14.
- Bring photo ID. Tickets are checked against your registered face photo. A residence card is accepted on its own. A passport issued on or after February 4, 2020 is accepted only together with a second document; check the official list before you go. Re-entry uses face recognition.
