The TV anime Aoki Denshou: Welsh & Shedar has announced three more cast members.
- Wataru Takagi plays Khan Karkass, a retired warrior and world-famous former Gobbowl player who is a hero of the Kingdom of Bonta. He now lives with his three daughters and joins the main characters on their adventure. The character also appeared in the Dofus film.
- Sho Hayami plays Azaral, the dragon that dwells in the Ebony Dofus and the strongest of the six dragons in the world. Bound to Zabel by a special relationship, Azaral follows her orders and stands in the way of Welsh and his companions. Its body has been corrupted by the Dofus’s magic.
- Risa Hayamizu plays Mama Karoni, who raised Welsh with great affection and taught him to cook. She runs a food stall in Broccoli Village.
According to the official website, the series premieres on TOKYO MX on October 2, 2026, and airs Fridays at 21:25 JST.
