A new anime series for Fate/strange Fake was unveiled at the Anime NYC event. The announcement included the release of a promotional video and a teaser visual. The teaser visual shows the characters Ayaka, Saber and Sigma blended together.
The creators, including the original work's writer Ryohgo Narita, commented on how the story would be adapted. Narita noted, "This is a story that makes me wonder, 'How will it be animated?'"
Moreover, character designer Shizuki Morii expressed gratitude towards fans and the anticipation of revisiting the world of Fate/strange Fake.
