Shouya Ishige will voice Ginsuke Hatobane in the TV anime Kizuguchi to Houtai, the official website announced, alongside the second of four weekly theme visuals and teaser PVs. Its theme is 癖 (heki), roughly a person's peculiar inclinations. The series premieres on January 9, 2027.
Ginsuke Hatobane
Ginsuke is the third son of the head of the Hatobane yakuza family and the man the heroine, Riyo Washizu, has been set up to marry. At first glance he is a gentle otaku, but in the new visual a second figure behind him, hair pushed back to show the scar on his face, glares out like a different person.

Ishige said he first read the manga when he auditioned, was shocked from the opening pages and could not stop reading, and that he had wanted to play Ginsuke from the start, so he is truly happy to have the role.
